Close Leasing was established in November 2007 to finance standard and non standard middle ticket leasing in the UK. We believe that the non standard market place is not properly supported by most other Lessors. Our target market is transactions between £500k and £5m on a variety of asset types. As well as HP and leasing we can also deal with structured transactions and non standard documentation. Most of our business comes from brokers, advisers and other lessors.
