Close raises €500m in over subscribed debut Euro FRN issue - Press Release
Close Brothers Limited, the specialist-banking arm of the independent merchant bank Close Brothers Group, has successfully completed its debut Euro Floating Rate Note ('FRN') issue. The three-year transaction was heavily over subscribed. Initially launched at €300 million it closed at €500 million after being scaled back.
