With 10 years experience in the property investment market, we are responsible for managing around £800 million of investments (as at 31 December, 2007). Our funds and trusts cover UK residential, commercial and industrial property, as well as the new European Property Fund ("Europip").  We also manage a broad range of UK-tax related products, such as residential property development partnerships for inheritance tax and Enterprise Zone property trusts.
