2. Can I have a dividend paid direct to my bank account?

Yes. Many shareholders prefer to do this as it avoids possible delays or loss of cheques. You may do this on-line through the Capita Registrars website if you are a registered user.  Alternatively, you can do this by post, either by downloading a dividend mandate form  here or by contacting Capita Registrars. When you have completed the form, please return to Capita Registrars. You will continue to receive your tax voucher by post at your registered address.


3. How can I transfer shares to another member of my family?

You can do this by post, either by downloading a stock transfer form here or by contacting Capita Registrars. When you have completed the form, return it to Capita Registrars together with your share certificate. There is no charge for this service.


4. How can I replace a missing share certificate?

Please contact Capita Registrars explaining that you have mislaid your certificate. They will send you a letter of indemnity to sign and return to enable them to issue a replacement. There will be a charge for this service.


5. I have received two copies of the Close Brothers Group plc annual report. Does this mean Capita Registrars hold two separate accounts for me on the share register?

Yes. If you would like to have two accounts amalgamated, please write to Capita Registrars giving details of the accounts concerned. There is no charge for this service.


6. How can I notify a change of name or address?

You must notify Capita Registrars of the change in writing or via the internet once you have registered. If you have changed your name, you should quote your old and new names and enclose a copy of the relevant document, eg. your marriage certificate. Please make sure that your notification is signed by all joint shareholders where applicable.


7. I am a non-tax payer. How do I reclaim tax paid on my dividends?

You cannot recover any tax paid on dividends paid.


8. What happens if a shareholder dies?

Please advise Capita Registrars by telephone as soon as possible and they will explain the procedures.


9. Do you offer any shareholder concessions?
